We started with an analysis of the situation and, in confronting our partner, the need to create a funnel for users emerged, so as to inform and describe its services and leave users interested without any doubt.

After analyzing the reference market, we understood that what differentiates its offer is an individual and pragmatic training course, this has pushed us towards a direct, personal and simple tone of voice.

Finally, to distinguish it from the smoky communication, widespread in the sector, we decided to be transparent in the description of the services and realistic in the promised advantages.

Following the analysis, priority was given to Switch, our partner's flagship service, and the site was then restructured to give it centrality and build authority.

The site has a simple navigation structure, but one that effectively describes Giulia's proposal, focusing on responding to the uncertainties of its potential users.

To best present the offer, we have built a dedicated page with detailed information on the content of the course, obtainable advantages and many positive reviews.

To build trust, a slideshow with customer feedback was then integrated into the bottom of each service.
