Collection and analysis

Overview

Our partner operates in three different regions, in the hospitality sector. This has made a more comprehensive and diversified analysis necessary. We have identified destinations, attractions and activities that attract the main tourist flows in each of the three locations.

Each holiday home presents its market and therefore its competitors, of which a careful analysis has been carried out to identify strengths and opportunities with respect to the offer of our partner.

Thanks to our analyses, we have fully understood how to diversify the three apartments and differentiate Little Gems.

Web Development and Copy

Overview

We thought of a platform that could offer an elegant and consistent browsing experience, navigable by an audience of all ages, capable of describing all the structures in a harmonious way.

The copy was conceived as a story: not only about the apartments, but also about the regions that host them, to give the visitor a complete picture of the place and the type of experience he can have.

To stimulate the visit and stay on the site, we have also developed a blog with articles on gastronomic tips and itineraries, designed to accompany the user before, during and after the stay.

Localization and growth

Overview

Little Gems operates in a growing and increasingly international market. Localizing the site was therefore an essential objective for our team, as was the platform's ability to maintain its competitiveness over time.

In addition to English, we decided to translate the site into French and German, considering the large influx of French, Swiss and German tourists in the locations where our partner operates.

The site has an integrated booking system, making it for all intents and purposes an independent purchase window that can be managed in total autonomy, thus avoiding dependence on third-party platforms and saving on commissions.

RISULTATI

Since the beginning of our collaboration, Little Gems has seen an increase in visitors, thanks to a better ranking on Google My Business.

The work done has provided our partner with an independent platform, with a customer journey that highlights the values of the brand. The user journey we designed is intuitive and accessible to a wide audience, such as those who approach Little Gems.
